2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.

3) Services & How Orders Work

• Placement Types: guest posts, link insertions, and footer placements (availability varies by publisher/site).
• Order Requirements: you must provide correct target URL(s), anchor text, topic/niche, and any writing or placement instructions.
• Publisher Review: publishers may reject content or requests that violate their editorial guidelines or legal/brand rules.
• Third-Party Sites: placements are published on third-party websites. We do not own or control those sites unless clearly stated.

4) Content, Links, and Compliance

• You confirm you have the rights to use any content, images, trademarks, or URLs you submit.
• You agree not to submit content or URLs related to malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, harassment, hate, or adult exploitation.
• You are responsible for ensuring your landing pages are compliant and safe for users.
• We may refuse or cancel requests we reasonably believe create security, fraud, or compliance risk.

5) Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by publisher and workload. We aim to complete placements within the estimated timeframe shown on the order/package page (if provided). If no timeframe is shown, most orders are processed in a reasonable period.

Delays can happen due to publisher review cycles, editorial changes, holidays, or technical reasons on third-party sites.

6) Revisions & Changes

• If a publisher requests changes (e.g., content edits, topic changes, formatting), we’ll notify you.
• Major changes after work starts (new target URL, completely new topic, or new requirements) may require an additional fee.

7) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are displayed on the Site at checkout.
• If your platform uses multiple currencies, the billing currency shown at checkout is the final billing currency for that order.
• Taxes (if applicable) may be added during checkout depending on your location and requirements.

8) Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card details. By paying, you agree to the processor’s terms and privacy policies.

9) Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In general, once service delivery has started (such as outreach, publisher coordination, writing, or placement work), refunds may not be available due to operational costs.

10) Cancellations

• You may request cancellation by contacting contact@buytextlinks.com.
• If work has not started, cancellation may be possible based on our Refund Policy.
• If work has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be partially refundable depending on progress.

11) Placement Warranty / Changes on Publisher Sites

Because placements are hosted on third-party websites, publishers may update, edit, move, or remove content over time. We cannot guarantee permanent placement unless a specific “duration” is clearly stated for a package.

12) No Guarantees of Rankings or Traffic

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, domain authority changes, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control (site quality, competition, algorithms, and your overall marketing strategy).

13) Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data excessively, or disrupt platform operations.
• Do not upload viruses or malicious code.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.

14) Intellectual Property

The Site design, branding, and platform software are owned by Blooginga Tech Solution LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our platform without permission.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Blooginga Tech Solution LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost rankings, or business interruption) arising from your use of the Site or Services.

16) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Blooginga Tech Solution LTD against claims arising from your submitted content, URLs, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your activity creates risk. You may stop using the Site at any time.
